Session Rate
Standard session rates are $200
for 50 minutes. Extended sessions can be requested at a prorated fee. Call 435-619-9002 to schedule an appointment.
Payment
Credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks are accepted. Payment is collected at the time of service. Clients typically use a card they keep on file in their initial paperwork. Third party invoicing is available for bishops, parents, churches etc.
Insurance
We are not on any insurance panels at this time. Paid invoices can be provided to clients for possible reimbursement. Some insurance companies may partially reimburse session costs for Out of Network Providers, some will not. Please check with your insurance company on their policy. It is the responsibility of the client to pay for sessions at the time of service and there is no guarantee of coverage.
